LARES TREK

•  Duration: 4 days

The trek from Lares to Machu Picchu in four days is an excellent way to get to know the Andean landscape, with its valleys, rivers, lagoons with clear waters, waterfalls, poliphelis forests. It is a long and difficult trip through the Lares Valley seeing remote sites, a destination still unknown by many, a trip to the heart of the Andes where few travelers have ventured. This wonderful road will take you to see beautiful natural landscapes adorned by breathtaking glaciers. A world totally different from ours, an Andean paradise where the inhabitants of small villages still have ancient and traditional ways of life.

The unique landscapes of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, with its beautifu flora and ancient Inca trails, offer an ideal and incomparable place for walking, horseback riding or cycling. The trips we offer can be done in a day or more, depending on your preference. The great natural beauty of the landscapes and fauna offer excellent opportunities for bird watching, as well as archaeological remains, colonial villages and rural communities, which are a museum of life. The ideal season for these trips is between April and November.
